The Committee ensures that the website is properly maintained,<br \/>regularly updated, and developed in accordance with the directions of the Faculty Board and the<br \/>University of Jaffna. In addition, the FWC liaises with the University Web Development Committee<br \/>under the supervision of the Dean of the Sir Ponnambalam Ramanathan Faculty of Performing and Visual Arts (SPRFPVA).<\/p><\/div><p><!-- Responsibilities --><\/p><div style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><h3 style=\"color: #0b3d91; border-left: 5px solid #0B3D91; padding-left: 12px;\">\u2714 Responsibilities<\/h3><ul style=\"padding-left: 25px;\"><li>Maintain and continuously improve the Faculty website to the highest possible standards.<\/li><li>Update website content on a regular basis.<\/li><li>Submit monthly website update reports to the Faculty Board.<\/li><li>Develop and recommend guidelines relating to website content and management as required.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><p><!-- Reporting --><\/p><div style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\"><h3 style=\"color: #0b3d91; border-left: 5px solid #0B3D91; padding-left: 12px;\">\ud83d\udcc4 Reporting Responsibility<\/h3><p><strong>Faculty Board of the Faculty<\/strong><\/p><\/div><p><!-- Appointment --><\/p><div style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\"><h3 style=\"color: #0b3d91; border-left: 5px solid #0B3D91; padding-left: 12px;\">\ud83d\udc65 Procedure of Appointment<\/h3><p>The Faculty Board shall appoint the Faculty Web Committee (FWC)<br \/>in accordance with the approved composition.<\/p><\/div><p><!-- Composition --><\/p><div style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><h3 style=\"color: #0b3d91; border-left: 5px solid #0B3D91; padding-left: 12px;\">\ud83c\udfdb Composition<\/h3><ul style=\"padding-left: 25px;\"><li><strong>Chairperson<\/strong> \u2013 Selected from among the members of the Faculty Board and appointed by the Faculty Board.
